  • 4.1. Contract performance — processing required to deliver paid services (Art. 6 Part 1 Clause 5 of FZ-152).
  • 4.2. User consent — provided upon registration (Art. 6 Part 1 Clause 1 of FZ-152).
  • 4.3. Legal obligation — data retention required by Russian law (Art. 6 Part 1 Clause 2 of FZ-152).

5. Data Retention Periods

  • 5.1. Account data (email, order history) — retained for the duration of the account and 3 years after deletion.
  • 5.2. Technical connection logs (IP, time, traffic) — retained for 3 years.
  • 5.3. Payment data — retained for 5 years in accordance with tax legislation.
  • 5.4. After the specified periods, data is destroyed or anonymised.
